No. Complimentary monthly dermaplaning included with Bunny Beautiful and Bunny VIP is designed to be used as part of your regular monthly skincare routine.
If you don’t use your complimentary dermaplaning during that month, it does not accumulate or roll over to a future month.
Bunny VIP members may choose one complimentary HydraFacial or Glo2 Oxygen Facial as their birthday benefit. To protect the value of the membership, the birthday benefit becomes available after the member has completed three consecutive monthly membership payments. If a member’s birthday occurs during the first three months of membership, the birthday benefit may be redeemed after the third successful monthly payment rather than being forfeited. The birthday treatment is complimentary, has no cash or membership-credit value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for another service.
Membership credit may be used toward eligible purchases; however, membership discounts and promotional offers may not always be combined unless specifically stated.

Yes. You may upgrade your Bunny Membership at any time.
Membership downgrades may be made after your initial 12-month commitment period and will take effect with your next eligible billing cycle.
Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months for qualifying circumstances, such as extended travel, medical reasons, or other special situations.
During a membership pause, monthly payments and new membership benefits are paused.
Previously banked funds remain subject to the membership credit expiration policy.
After completing your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your membership by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Your membership remains active during the notice period. Any regularly scheduled membership payment that falls within the 30-day notice period will still be processed and added to your beauty bank.
You don’t immediately lose your existing balance.
After your membership ends, you will have 90 days to use any remaining eligible banked funds.
After 90 days, any unused membership credit expires.
Membership discounts, complimentary services, VIP access, birthday benefits, and other membership perks end when your membership ends.
No. Memberships, banked funds, complimentary treatments, discounts, and membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
If your payment method is declined, we’ll ask you to update your payment information.

Membership payments and banked membership credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
