Rebecca brings over two decades of experience in business growth, operations, and team development. She joined Disappearing Act Aesthetic Medicine in 2016 and has played an integral role in its continued growth and expansion, including the development of its second location in Ashland, Oregon.
As Chief Operating Officer and Practice Manager, Rebecca leads practice operations, strategic growth, team development, and organizational culture across both Disappearing Act locations. Rebecca also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Disappearing Act’s sister company, Jubilant Medical Aesthetics, home of the nationally accredited Jubilant Head & Breakfast education and training program. Dedicated to advancing safety and education in medical aesthetics.
A recognized leader in the medical aesthetics field, Rebecca has served as faculty for Aesthetic Next and AmSpa’s Medical Spa Show, sharing her expertise in practice management, employee engagement, team development, and sustainable growth.
Rebecca believes the foundation of a successful aesthetic practice is simple: build an exceptional team, create meaningful relationships, and never lose sight of the compassionate connections that keep patients coming back.
Outside the business of aesthetic medicine, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and caring for her lively collection of animals—including her American Paint horse, dogs, cats, koi fish, and rescue bunny.
